At Monvant, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms outlined below.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. These include:

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged while being sent back to us.
Restocking Charges
Monvant does not apply restocking fees to approved returns.
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at info@monvant.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Keep clear photographs of the item before sending it back, as these may be requested during the review process.
- Wait for return instructions from our customer support team.
- Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
Returns sent without prior approval may take longer to process.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault that was present upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@monvant.com
To help us assess the issue, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the problem.
- Photos of the external packaging, where applicable.
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, a full refund, or another suitable resolution.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive a product that does not match the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the item received.
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping
Monvant currently delivers exclusively within the United States. Orders can only be shipped to addresses located in the USA.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable US consumer protection laws. These rights remain in place regardless of the terms set out above.
