At Monvant, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent delivery experience for every customer. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered within the United States.
Delivery Locations
Monvant currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No shipping fees will be added during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-8)
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery Time: 6–11 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather conditions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take up to 48–72 hours to become active after shipment.
If you have not received your tracking information within a reasonable period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

While we will do our best to update shipping details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Monvant is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@monvant.com and we will investigate the matter with the shipping provider.
Lost Parcels
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has not been delivered or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible.
We will work directly with the courier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking records indicate that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbours.
- Looking in safe places around your property.
- Contacting the courier directly for additional delivery details.
If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@monvant.com
After this period, your order may already be in processing or prepared for dispatch and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
