You may request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or alternative product, simply include your request in your email and our customer support team will be happy to assist you.
